Am a regular buyer with MG and have been very satisfied with the service, the range of items they sell including selling of Loose sets. Communication is excellent and they do strive to please us collectors. They pack items really well and postage to the UK can vary between a week too two. Merci!

I cant believe you guys actually asked me to for my opinion on your service after what yall said to me when I asked for a replacement of defective parts of my figure. I know the email was probably just auti sent but here we are. You all are very unprofessional the supposed owner even spoke with me and he wouldn't resolve my issue. I will NEVER work with this company again and I will tell anyone who will listen not to either. There's your survey. You sick!

We explained that the display stand has no light up function, it's also not in the details of the figure, but you refused to understand.
Then, we asked to the brand some replacement parts for you, but you already opened a Paypal case, so we can't do more than waiting for Paypal decision.
